N/A (not applicable) = Small utilities may file petitions under 170 IAC 14-1 to mitigate the legal costs associated with a typical rate case. In such instances, a formal evidentiary hearing may not be required. However, the utility must still file evidence for review by the IURC and the Office of Utility Consumer Counselor, the state agency representing the public in cases before the Commission.

Case Information
If you are interested in browsing evidence filed in a particular case, you may do so by accessing the IURC’s Electronic Document System (EDS).
To search for a case of interest, simply click on “search cases,” which can be found on the left-hand side of the EDS homepage. You may then find the case by entering its five-digit cause or docket number and clicking “search.” If you do not know the cause or docket number, you may find the case by entering the industry, petition date, petition type, party or order date, and clicking “search." If you have any questions about the use of the EDS, please contact the IURC's Document Center Coordinator at 317-232-2642.
To view case updates and/or case summaries, visit the Office of Utility Consumer Counselor’s (OUCC) website. The OUCC provides basic information about pending cases and an overview of the filed testimony.
