INShape Indiana Health Summit

Theme: Worksite Wellness

Here are the details:

This year's Health Summit will provide Hoosiers with tools to live healthy and work healthy. Hot topics have been selected to equip businesses for today's challenges.

Examples of topics are:

- Strategies for the implementation of wellness programs

- Methods for business to improve their bottom lines - how to reduce health care costs and utilize tax breaks

Registration:

Visit www.inshape.in.gov/summit to register.

Registration Cost: Before September 15, 2007, $25. After September 15, 2007, $35.

Deadline is October 8, 2007.

Exhibit Space Cost:

For Profit - $500 Not for Profit - $200 (Cost is waived for INShape Indiana partners)

All of the printed materials including speakers and agenda are now available on the Inshape Indiana website.
