Discovery Carts

vol_dc_reptiles.jpgThere's never a dull moment as Discovery Carts bring to life the exhibits and artifacts in the galleries and O'Bannon Great Hall. Hands-on activities led by trained volunteers enhance the visitors' appreciation of specific topics in cultural history, art and natural science. Contact the Volunteer Center with questions or to sign up.

The cooking stove was invented by Solomon Dickinson of Richmond, Ind., on May 16, 1835.
