Feathered Friends Week

April 6 - 12, 2008

Come take to the air and celebrate Draw a Picture of a Bird Day with a weeklong look at our feathered friends.  Discover the artistry behind bird paintings and other art forms.  Let your talent take wing when you try your hand at drawing your favorite bird.  Pucker up and whistle like your favorite avian friend, or just discover cool bird facts. Bird-lovers won’t want to miss a visit to the Indiana State Museum during Feathered Friends Week in conjunction with Footprints: Balancing Nature's Diversity presented by the Central Indiana Land Trust. For a schedule of demos visit our Calendar of Events.
