womick.jpgApril 25                               9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The Indiana State Museum's Arbor Day Celebration is filled with educational activities and ecological fun. Students will enjoy speaker Tim Womick of Tree Family; Johnny Appleseed; and a special guest appearance by Rupert Boneham of Survivor as they learn about the importance of trees in our urban forests. Your class can also help plant a tree on the museum grounds and meet a surprising array of exhibitors. Additional support provided by  Indy Parks, The Nature Conservancy and the Indiana Urban Forest Council

This program is included with museum admission. School group registration is required.  Call 317.232.1637 to register.
