Tobacco Free Policies

Ordinance:

Greenwood: The Greenwood ordinance requires all public places and places of employment, including restaurants to be smoke free. Bars and membership clubs are exempt from the ordinance. Effective on April 22, 2006.

Franklin: The Franklin ordinance requires all public places and places of employment, including restaurants, bars, membership clubs, and outdoor seating to be smoke free. Effective on June 3, 2009.
