Tobacco Free Policies
Ordinances:
The Zionsville ordinance prohibts smoking in public places and places of employment, including restaurants, bars and membership clubs. Effective on August 10, 2006.
The Whitestown smoke free ordinance prohibits smoking in all public places and work places with the exception of bars. Effect on October 1, 2006.
