Tobacco Free Policies
Ordinances:
Elkhart Ordinance: The Elkhart smoke free ordinance prohibits smoking in all public places, workplaces, bars, and membership clubs. Effective on May 15, 2009.
Goshen Ordinance: The Goshen smoke free oridinance prohibits smoking in all public places and workplaces with the exception of restaurants, bars, and membership clubs. Effective on September 1,2007.
