This figure is a line chart showing ten years of perinatal death rates, by race for Indiana residents for 1990-1999. The rates are calculated by taking the number of fetal deaths (20 or more weeks gestation) plus neonatal deaths (less than 28 days old) divided by the fetal deaths plus live births.
