This release of the public, hospital discharge data sets consists of 11 files. All data files are "zipped" and are in Dbase (.dbf) format. The "look-up" tables are in Excel (.xls) format. The DIAGNOSIS_ID.xls file is also "zipped" for faster downloading. |
