Services Available
The Indiana State Department of Health, Acute Care Division tracks six services that can be provided by a home health agency. Availability is identified as either "Yes" or "No". A "No" indicates that the service is not provided by the agency. A "Yes" indicates that the agency provides the service, but it may not be available in all counties served by this agency. The following categories and descriptions are provided on every Consumer Report.

Nursing Care |
Provide skilled services that can not be performed safely and effectively by nonprofessional personnel. |
Physical Therapy |
Work to restore the mobility and strength of patients who are limited or disabled by physical injuries. |
Occupational Therapy |
Help individuals who have physical, developmental, social, or emotional problems that prevent them form performing general activities of daily living. |
Speech and Language Pathology |
Work to develop and restore the speech of individuals with communication disorders. |
Medical Social Worker |
Evaluate the social and emotional factors affecting ill and disabled individuals and provide counseling. |
Home Health Aide |
Nonprofessionals performing home health aide services and other services that are properly delegated by a nurse or therapist. |
