TRAFFIC CONTROL

1. Monitor and redirect flow of Health Fair participants to avoid traffic congestion.
2. Direct Health Fair participants to desired educational and screening booths.
3. If stationed at main entrance of Health Fair or in Volunteer Check-in area, distribute maps and other information to participants as needed.
4. If stationed at Health Fair exits, be alert for participants leaving with their registration/ screening form. Direct them to the area they need to go for completion of the registration/counseling/referral process.
