offers information to help health care professionals comply with state and
federal regulations. Content was developed by the Acute Care and Long Term
Care Divisions of the Indiana State Department of Health. |

- Consumers--Provides consumer information, including rights and responsibilities
and nursing home report cards.
- Directories--Lists directories of health care providers.
- Reports--Lists five different health care provider reports, including
hospital fiscal reports.
