- American Diabetes Association Winning at Work Program - A program of the ADA, which provides resources for employees to live healthier lives.
- Diabetes At Work - This website can help business and managed care companies assess the impact of diabetes in the workplace, and provide information to help employees manage their diabetes and take steps toward reducing risks for related complications.
- Diabetes and the Worksite Toolkit - The DPCP partnered with the Indiana Hospital Association to put together this resource to guide Indiana worksites in establishing messaging, structuring health benefits, and promoting prevention of diabetes.
- Indiana Healthy Weight Initiative - The purpose of the IHWI is to develop a ten-year state plan to improve healthy eating and physical activity to prevent and control overweight and obesity and other chronic diseases among Indiana residents.
- Indiana Tobacco Prevention and Cessation (ITPC) - Exists to prevent and reduce the use of all tobacco products in Indiana and to protect citizens from exposure to tobacco smoke.
- Indiana Tobacco Quitline - This website provides information on the free phone-based counseling service that helps Indiana smokers quit.
- Indiana Wellness Council - The Wellness Council of Indiana serves as a clearinghouse and resource center on corporate health promotion for Indiana.
- INShape Indiana - INShape Indiana is designed to provide a framework for personal or organizational fitness initiatives.
- National Business Group on Health - A national nonprofit organization devoted to representing the perspective of large employers and providing practical solutions to its members’ most important health care problems.
- National Diabetes Education Program - A federally-funded program to improve the treatment and outcomes for people with diabetes, promote early diagnosis, and prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes. NDEP offers a number of “copyright free” resources including PowerPoint slides, fact sheets, PSAs, feature articles, and web banners that can be edited for individual program needs.
