Funded Intervention(s):
Counseling, Testing Referral Services (CTR): CTR funding calls for an individual level intervention which will ensure that HIV infected persons and persons at increased risk for HIV have access to HIV testing to promote early knowledge of their HIV status.
Disease Intervention Specialists (DIS): DIS services include partner notification, verifying treatment of infected individuals, assisting infected individuals in developing risk-reduction plans and intervening in the transmission of STDs.
