This program accepts complaints from service providers and individuals that have sufficient knowledge of persons who fail to notify their partners of their HIV+ status prior to sex or sharing needles. The goal of this program is to ensure that the laws of Indiana are carried out in such a manner that both the public health and the rights of the HIV+ individuals are protected.
