International Trade

International trade and agricultural exports are critical aspects of Indiana's economy. In 2003, the value of agricultural commodities exported from Indiana was $1.6 billion. Developments in trade policy could result in more key markets for Indiana's food and agriculture products. By pursuing foreign markets, Indiana can stay competitive in a global economy.
