MBE/WBE Monthly Update

This Month's Update

At the beginning of April 2008, the construction M/WBE utilization percentage total stood at 19.65%, which consists of 15.42% MBE and 4.23% WBE.  The professional services M/WBE utilization percentage was 19.19%, which consists of 14.59% MBE and 4.61% WBE.  The combined total dollar amount for the M/WBE firms to date is $124,038,824 for a 19.59% total, which is 15.31% MBE and 4.28% WBE.

As of April 28, 2008 the total dollar amount committed for M/WBE firms on the Indiana Convention Center Expansion was $26,093,280 for a 26.37% total.  This represents 19.16% MBE participation and 7.20% WBE participation. 

Goals for both Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center Expansion projects are 15% MBE and 5% WBE participation.
