Notice is hereby given that an Executive Session of the Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority will be held on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. in the offices of ICE MILLER LLP, One American Square, Suite 2900, Indianapolis, Indiana, with respect to potential litigation and legal, confidential and/or deliberative materials pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7) and Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
Notice is also hereby given that a joint meeting of the Selection Committee and the Board of the Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority will be held on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. in the offices of ICE MILLER LLP, One American Square, Suite 2900, Indianapolis, Indiana. The public is invited to attend. The meeting will be accessible to any individual who has a temporary or permanent disability.
