Selection Committee Meetings start at 2PM while Board meetings start at 3PM. All ISCBA Selection Committee and Board meetings are held at the ISCBA offices located at 425 W. South Street in Indianapolis.

The Executive Director of the Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority is John P. Klipsch, former special projects director for the Indianapolis Bond Bank. John has considerable experience managing major construction projects including Conseco Fieldhouse and Circle Centre Mall.
