Registration
Fee
Two representatives from each county may attend the conference free of charge. Registration includes lodging, conference materials, continental breakfast, and lunch. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and expenses.
Additional first responders may attend at their own cost. Costs are as follows:
- Full Conference – includes lodging for two nights, conference materials, continental breakfast, and lunch on both days of the conference. $300.00
- Day attendee – includes conference materials, continental breakfast, and lunch. $50.00 per day, $100.00 for two days.
- Conference Observer – may attend general sessions and workshops. No meals included. Free

Important information about who can register:
In view of space limitations, we reserve the right to assign any registrants to a waiting list. If space allows as we approach the date of the conference, we will, at our sole discretion, grant registration for the conference to those on the waiting list, according to the following categories in descending order of preference:
- County representatives in excess of the allotment of two per county
- Federal or state officials with management responsibilities related to public safety communications
- Representatives of state agencies with responsibility for public safety communications
- Representatives of companies with product lines that are directly applicable to interoperability problem
- Other interested parties
Within these categories, the order of preference is first on the waiting list, first permitted to attend. We will provide timely notification to anyone registering for the conference who must be moved to the waiting list.
Deadline
All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on October 5, 2012. After this date, please call the conference planner, Tammy Wiley, 317.695.6384, for information about on-site check-in. If space permits, you may register at the conference.
Confirmation
The conference planner will confirm your enrollment and provide additional information. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces the state of Indiana to cancel or postpone the program, you will get a full refund of your registration fee (if applicable); however, the state cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
