Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Positions - Full Time
Preference given to applicants with some
Prosecution Experience
Child Support - Work in 6 attorney unit with cases
involving establishment and enforcement of child
support obligations. Maintain responsibility for
client case load with caseworker support. Handle
felony non-support and welfare fraud cases. Review
submitted materials and prepare appropriate
pleadings, motions, and memoranda. Experience
with Quest management system.
Traffic and Misdemeanor and/or Juvenile - Work in 4
member unit handling all traffic and misdemeanor
cases in County or at County Juvenile Justice
Center handling juvenile cases. Share responsibility
for all hearings, plea negotiations, and trials.
T&M Court also serves as venue for felony
arraignments.
Requirements: J.D. and admission to Indiana Bar
