The next meeting of the IN.gov Communicators Advisory Council will be held on April 9th at 2pm in the Indiana History Room on the second floor in the Indiana State Library.
All public information officers, webmasters, and other communications staff are asked to attend this particularly important meeting. At this meeting, we will:
- Unveil the final designs for the new IN.gov and agency sites;
- Announce upgrades to the press release and calendar events services on IN.gov;
- Demistify the IN.gov project selection process; and,
- Discuss other significant IN.gov improvements since our last meeting.
Complete Your Agency Web Site Survey by 3/26
On February 27th, a Web Site Self-Assessment Survey was sent to all agency PIOs and webmasters. The survey solicits information about each agency’s web site and is critical to both the agency migration plan that IN.gov staff are preparing and our preparation for the IN.gov staff meetings with your agency.
Please e-mail your agency’s completed survey to IOT’s Director of Communication Alvin Wilson by end of day Monday, March 26th.
Information About the IN.gov Redesign All Online
Last month, IN.gov staff launched the IN.gov Branding & CMS Implementation project web site as a “one stop shop” for all the information communicators need about the project. The site includes the project charter, timeline, frequently asked questions, a snapshot history of IN.gov, and more. Updates to the site occur regularly, so check back frequently for more information.
IN.gov Launches Customer Satisfaction Survey
On February 1st, IN.gov began randomly sending customer satisfaction surveys when projects and tickets are closed. While we appreciate the positive feedback, we look forward to your constructive criticisms and suggestions so that we can constantly improve.
