IOT > IN.gov Program > Redesign & CMS Implementation > IN.gov CMS Training IN.gov CMS Training

IN.gov Content Management System (CMS) training is reserved for employees of migrated agency Web sites only.  A target launch date must be assigned to your agency site prior to registering for training.  Agency staff will not be permitted to attend a training session until their agency site has launched.  Additionally, the training sessions are considered "Train the Trainer" sessions, so content owners and approvers should attend and then use the training materials provided below to train additional staff (content contributors).

If your IN.gov migration lead has asked you to register for training, please visit the Conference Registration Web site. If you have already attended training, but need additional assistance with the CMS, please submit a ticket to webmasters.IN.gov via the "Statewide Solutions" tab.

Directions to the Indiana State Library Training Center: Enter the Library from the Ohio Street entrance. Sign in with the receptionist and take the elevator to the fourth floor.  Turn right out of the elevator, pass the hallway on the right. Room 428 is the first door past the hallway on the right.

Enthink (New Project Structure) Training

Agencies that were migrated to the new project structure in CMS (Enthink), will be trained using different materials. A quick reference guide is currently in development and will be posted soon.
