Project Management Framework
The IOT Project Management (PM) Framework is a standardized, objective methodology that assists in identifying, classifying, documenting, and managing projects. Project management is not "one-size fits all" and neither is the PM Framework. The Framework is designed to scale to the size and complexity of the project, thus ensuring that all projects are receiving the correct amount of project management.
The PM Framework consists of:
- A Project Classification Tool that sizes the project management based on project scope and complexity
- Activities, inputs, and outputs across the Project Lifecycle Phases
- Project Management Toolkit that jumpstart the project management process
- An online project management tool which provides project tracking and collaboration space for any IOT projects (future)
