Password Reset

Forgotten passwords can be reset using the automated web reset form Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).  Enrolled members using telephone reset should select Option 1 when calling IOT Customer Service – (317) 234-HELP (4357) or (800) 382-1095 – and follow the menu instructions.  If you have not already signed up for SSRP, please do so by visiting https://myweb.in.gov/IOT/PasswordResetEnrollment to get started.
