IOT's services are based on industry best practices and, by leveraging the full buying power of the State  as a result of the consolidation of common IT services, IOT's rates are extremely competitive.

IOT consistently revisits the rates associated with its services to ensure IOT's partner agencies are provided with quality, cost-effective products that will save agencies' and taxpayers' money. In fact, for the third year in a row, IOT has found further efficiencies to deliver an overall rate reduction. In 2005, rates were reduced 10%; in 2006, rates were reduced 9%; in 2007, rates were reduced again and all computers covered by the "seat" service will now be refreshed every four years without additional cost to the agency.
