IN.gov asked members of several state agencies to assist our staff during the planning and implementation stages of the project. Below is a list of the committees that are involved in the governance of the CMS implementation and IN.gov redesign.

Executives

Oversee the CMS implementation and redesign efforts.

Leadership Team

Ensures that the IN.gov staff have a sound plan for implementing the redesign, that IN.gov staff set reasonably aggressive deadlines and meet them, and provides executive level advice and support to the Director of IN.gov over the course of this project.

Redesign Task Force

Reviews, critiques, improves, and ultimately approves of the proposed redesigns for IN.gov web pages; decides where the initial balance between the State/customer consistency needs balance with agency needs.

Webmaster Advisory Task Force

Provides direct, regular, advice to the Director of IN.gov from the perspective of webmasters.

Implementation Team

Responsible for implementation.
