NOTICE OF IOT CUSTOMER SUPPORT CHANGES. PLEASE READ.

As of Wednesday, April 16, 2008, the IOT Customer Service (ICS) e-mail box will no longer be active. In order to increase our customer support and lower resolution times, ICS will provide all IT support over the phone or using the Helpdesk Assistant located on your computer desktop (see icon below).

ICS is also eliminating the use of the contact form below. This form should be used only for general inquiries, not for technical support issues. Inquiries submitted using the form below will not be seen by ICS. Please call IOT Customer Service at (317) 234-HELP (4357) or (800) 382-1095 or submit a ticket using the Helpdesk Assistant on your desktop.

Forgotten passwords can still be reset using the automated Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) system. If you have not already signed up for SSRP, please do so by visiting http://passwordreset.iot.in.gov/ to get started. Existing members should select Option 1 when calling IOT Customer Service - (317) 234-HELP (4357) or (800) 382-1095 - and follow the menu instructions.
