ExactTarget Academy. ExactTarget Academy offers a variety of training opportunities for clients and partners. Academy “students” learn through hands-on experience with ExactTarget software. Users can opt for the following:

  • Online instructor-led sessions
  • Regional-based instructor-led sessions
  • Account solution training
  • Custom scope training

ExactTarget Academy credits come standard with each edition:
Core/Basic – 4 credits
Advanced – 8 credits
Enterprise – 20 credits

Additional credits can be purchased for both online and on-site courses:
1 credit - $350
5 credits - $1,575
10 credits - $2,625

Custom Training. Additionally, ExactTarget Professional Services can also customize curriculum to meet a client’s specific training requirements. Custom Training engagements can be facilitated virtually or onsite at the client location as a “train-the-trainer” session. ExactTarget can also create personalized training guides that review your account solution.
