Very seldom do I eat junk food. I normally drink a lot of water, some juices, and milk. I’m not a pop drinker, but I may have a pop every once in a while.
What tips would you give others who are trying to become healthier?
Get outside, exercise, go to the gym or your local YMCA. Just be active.
What do you do for physical activity or exercise?
Since my doctor told me I could not play any contact sports due to me having Wilms Tumor, I swim, go to the gym, ride my bike, and walk.
How do you make being healthy a priority?
My family has had a history of obesity problems, so I cannot let myself get that way. I take care of myself and eat right and exercise regularly.
What is your definition of being healthy?
To me, being healthy is exercising, eating right, and not smoking or drinking.
