Governor Daniels’ Daily Fitness Routine

  • 30+ minutes of aerobic activity in the form of a 4 mile run or 30 minutes on a piece of cardiovascular equipment
  • Various upper body equipment, 10-20 sets of 10 reps.
  • 100 sit ups
  • 12 pull ups
  • 2-4 interval sprints of 250 yards
