In 1990, the Indiana General Assembly adopted Indiana Code 14-12 which created the Indiana Natural Resources Foundation, a not-for-profit foundation to work with Hoosier families to protect and preserve important natural areas.
The Indiana Natural Resources Foundation is a Section 115 organization under the Internal Revenue Code.
Contributions to the foundation are tax deductible.
