Although the Employer Reporting and Maintenance (ERM) application launching in Oct. 2012 will steal the show when it comes to overall pension plan administration, we have a scene stealer that's sure to receive rave reviews.
An elite customer service troupe - the Employer Pension Plan Administration (EPPA) department - will debut Monday, April 30. Handpicked from all over the organization based on their wealth of knowledge, "troupe members" also participated in a month long training program to ensure you receive the best possible performance.
How will EPPA benefit you?
- One act only. An employer-only phone number - (888) 876-2707 and e-mail address - eppa@inprs.in.gov - will go live on Monday, April 30. When you call this number, you will be asked to enter your seven-digit Submission Unit Identification number (SUID) which could include leading and trailing zeros. For example, an employer's SUID is 0582-000. Although commonly stated as "582," you will need to enter 0582000 to access the system.
- One cast. Once you access the system, you will interact with ONE department only - not multiple representatives from multiple departments - for all your needs whether you are calling us, or we're returning needed answers.
