THE US 31 KOKOMO CORRIDOR PROJECT IS A STUDY OF TRANSPORTATION NEEDS AND POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS ALONG US 31 IN THE CITY OF KOKOMO AND HOWARD COUNTY, INDIANA.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
American Structurepoint has been selected as the project design consultant. The corridor has been divided into ten contracts:
- Contract One involves three overpass bridge projects for CR200S/Southway, CR50N/Carter, and CR200N
- Contract Two is the interchange at East Boulevard/CR100S
- Contract Three is from just north of SR26 to just south of the interchange at East Boulevard/CR100S
- Contract Four is from CR550N in Tipton County to the interchange at SR26. This contract includes an interchange at CR600N/South Terminus
- Contract Five is from just north of US35/SR22 to just north of CR200N
- Contract Six is from just north of CR200N to just north of CR400N
- Contract Seven is from just north of CR400N to just north of US35 N Jct. and includes the North Terminus interchange
- Contract Eight is the interchange at US35/SR22
- Contract Nine is the interchange at SR26
- Contract Ten is the interchange at Touby Pike
