- LPA Consultant ARR Act Boilerplate (6/1/09)
This contract shall be used by the LPA and Consultant for Construction inspection services on ARR Act projects.
- INDOT-LPA ARR Act Contract (9/17/09)
This contract shall be prepared and distributed to the LPA for signature by INDOT staff after advertisement of the ARR Act project. The contract must be returned the Friday prior to the letting. Questions may be directed to your district LPA Coordinator.
- No New Right-of-Way Certification
The attached Right of Way Certification letter is required for all Local Public Agency American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARR Act) projects where there is NO new right of way required. This is particularly significant for safety and preventative maintenance projects where work. The Local Public Agency must submit a fully executed copy of this document with their final, bid ready package.

MUTCD Standards Required: As a reminder, eligibility criteria set up for ARRA projects does not exempt project submitting entities from compliance with MUTCD standards, design manual guidance and other federal regulations. Please reference these materials when compiling your bid-ready packets for submission.
