Historic Bridge Inventory Introduction
Inventory Schedule and Public Meetings
The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration, the State Historic Preservation Office, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, is in the process of identifying Indiana's historic bridges. Between 2006 and 2008, INDOT will complete an inventory of publicly owned highway bridges to identify those with historic value, as well as historic bridges that are suitable for preservation.
As parts of the inventory are completed or are available for review and comment, they can be found on the Summary and Results page of the Web site. Please use the form below to submit comments on inventory documents. Other general comments about the project are also welcomed.
