This new construction project adds travel lanes and turn lanes to State Road 26 in Tippecanoe County, as well as additional turn lanes on the I-65 off-ramps.

This project will increase capacity in order to meet the projected travel demand. By reducing congestion, it will improve the safety of the motoring public. Improved traffic flow at the interchange will encourage travelers to visit nearby businesses. This project will give motorists a smoother ride by replacing the 35-year old pavement.

Current Status: The Final Environmental Impact Statement for this project was completed in February 2004.
