INDOT - Design Division

  1. Job Description:

    Successful applicant will assist in the design and preparation of plans for road and/or bridge projects, including preparation of engineering reports and right-of-way plans.

  2. Job Specifications:
    1. Designs road and/or bridge projects.
    2. Utilizes CADD in plan preparation.
    3. Coordinates projects with other divisions, agencies, and the public.


  3. Job Requirements:
    1. B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college and has at least two years of experience with an EIT.
    2. Ability to develop and communicate solutions to technical problems.
    3. Good communication skills
    4. Basic knowledge of CADD.
