Driveways

Driveways (Fee $ 55.00 Private, $ 150.00 Minor Commercial, $ 600.00 Major Commercial)

Customers submitting private driveway permit applications should print out the Private Approach Reference Worksheet and complete it before logging into the electronic permit system (EPS). The worksheet will identify and help the customer retrieve all the field information needed to complete the on-line application.

Apply

Please select one of the following options:

"Instant Access" doesn't require an accessIndiana subscription but rather immediate payment by credit card when applying for the Permit.
(Credit Card Authorization is required and only MasterCard and Visa are accepted)

Status

Check the status of a Permit application in progress to provide additional information that may have been requested.
(The Username and Password provided when initially applying for a Permit will be required)

Please select one of the following options:

Check the status of a Permit application as a "Current subscriber" through accessIndiana and registered with INDOT (see below if not subscribed)

Check the status of a Permit application as an "Instant Access" customer.
