OVERALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) GOAL

FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 2009

This notice is published in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR, Part 26). The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is proposing an overall goal of nine point four two percent (9.42%) for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for Federal Fiscal Year 2009. The goal and the rationale for establishing it are available for inspection during normal business hours at INDOT for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication. Comments on the proposed overall goal will be accepted for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of this publication.
