Open to traffic dates:
September, 1988 - From I-69 at Lafayette Center Road to Indianapolis Road
January, 1990 – From Indianapolis Road to S.R. 1/Bluffton Road
August, 1990 – From S.R. 1/Bluffton Road to U.S. 27
November, 1990 – From U.S. 27 to U.S. 30
October, 1992 – From U.S. 30 to S.R. 37
October, 1995 – From S.R. 37 to I-69/Auburn and Dupont Roads

Total miles open to traffic:
On I-69 between both I-469 interchanges – 18.3 miles
On I-469 between both 1-69 interchanges – 30.9 miles

Total cost:
$207 million
20% state, 80% federal
