Welcome to INDOT’s Report a Storm Water Concern page. Please use this form to report any illicit discharge of materials into INDOT’s storm drain system that could cause pollution. Common pollutants include oil and grease, fertilizers and pesticides, grass clippings and leaves, sanitary/septic system discharges, chemicals, and soap suds or anything with suspicious color or odor exiting a storm drain pipe.
Citizens as well as Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) may use his form. INDOT is committed to Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) and Rule 13, which regulates MS4s.
