Thoughtful management of Indiana's lakes for their many, sometimes
conflicting uses is complicated by a maze of issues and questions.
Lake residents, skiers, boaters, fishermen, and other users must
comply with a variety of potentially confusing regulations and laws
governing their activities. In addition, many of those lake users
have questions about lakes' ecological characteristics. It can be
challenging to find information related to these and other lake-related
issues.
The purpose
of this web site is to provide general information about lake-related
issues, as well as links to other sites that contain detailed information
