Community Development Funded Rental Housing Awards
Below is a list of rental properties that the Indiana Housing Finance Authority has provided Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), or Low Income Housing Trust Fund (HTF) funding to through a local unit of government or other type of local organization. The owners of these properties are required to lease the units to income-eligible people and limit the rent they charge to tenants. These income and rent limits are based on the county in which the property is located, the number of people in the tenant’s household, and the size of the unit (number of bedrooms).
