Thank you for your service with the Indiana Guard Reserve. Your service records are a reflection of your commitment to the IGR and to your fellow Hoosiers, and we want to make certain that they accurately reflect your unique contribution and accomplishments.
If you believe your records are not entirely accurate, and would like to request a specific update or correction be made to your records, please use the form below to communicate your request to IGR Administration. We will process your request promptly as possible.
To ensure the accuracy of your records, we will verify the information update with your unit commander, and with other sources as appropriate. We may request that you supply substantiating documentation for some changes. If we require any additional information, we will contact you at your IGR.IN.gov e-mail address.
