IndianaMap Committee
Mission: To provide guidance and structure to workgroups regarding planning, standards, and
technical implementation of the IndianaMap; to make formal recommendations to the State Geographic
Information Officer regarding adoption of standards (comprised of the chairs of the workgroups).
Objectives
- Create and maintain templates for framework data plans.
- Create and/or maintain templates for standards.
- Seek approval of IGIC Board on proposed standards.
- Present proposed standards to State GIO for adoption.
- Seek approval of IGIC Board for technical plan for implementation of a statewide framework data exchange.
