This practice goes into effect on Monday, January 16th. After the 16th any mail received in an envelope that is any color other than white will be confiscated and the offender will be held to the standards as indicated on the mailroom confiscation notifications. Mail received in non-white envelopes from authorized businesses or legal representatives will be permitted and will be processed and forwarded as normal.”
