Religious Programs - Volunteer with the offender population in religions such as Catholic, Christian, Native American, Buddhist, Orthodox Christian, Moorish Science Temple of America, Hebrew Israelite, Messianic, Jewish, Wicca, Islamic, Jehovah's Witnesses, and Asatru.
Re-Entry Programs - Volunteer to speak about or teach a class on employment, family issues, education, community support, domestic violence or other topics to help the men with their transition back into society.
Gardening - Volunteer to facilitate the Insight Garden Program.
Education - Teach a class in math, art, or other areas we have to offer.
DOL Maintenance - volunteer to assist in teaching skills to the men in auto building, building trades, and other areas.
The Purposeful Living Units Serve (PLUS) program is a faith and character-based community within the facility. The emphasis of this voluntary initiative focuses on strengthening spiritual moral and character development as well as life-skills. Volunteers are needed to provide mentoring to offenders and facilitate the classes. http://www.in.gov/idoc/2356.htm
