Overview
The Indiana Ombudsman Bureau was created in 2003. The Ombudsman Bureau receives, investigates and attempts to resolve Offender complaints regarding the policies and procedures of the Department of Correction. The Bureau operates independently of the Department of Corrections and is housed in the Department of Administration.
